Training Of Trainers For 21st Century Skills
TESDA Tarlac conducted the closing ceremony for the 2nd batch of training of trainers for 21st century skills on April 25, 2023.
OIC-Center Administrator Engr. Alvin T. Castro congratulates all the participants of the said training and provides the importance of the event in accordance with the implementing guidelines for the newly amended competency standards.
In his message, OIC-Provincial Director Leonardo R. Tabamo, said that “this training will continually evolve the learning of the participants to improve the way development professionals deliver best practices to people through the adaptation of this module. This event was a seven-day asynchronous activity that promoted the integration of the module into different qualifications.
This training will enable the trainers to impart appropriate work values and 21st century skills to their students, and help them become competitive in the workplace.
46 of the 60 attendees successfully finished the training and are expected to fully implement it in their respective technical vocational institutions.
The facilitators of this training are Engr. Norman C. Garcia, Master Trainer, Mary Grace L. Ocasion, and Mr. Rico D. Briones, with the support of trainers from the PTC-Tarlac and Concepcion Vocational School.
