TESDA PTC-Tarlac and 304th MC RMFB3/PNP Sign MOA for Skills Training and Competency Development
On July 8, 2026, TESDA Provincial Training Center (PTC)-Tarlac successfully conducted the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the 304th Maneuver Company, Regional Mobile Force Battalion 3, Philippine National Police (304th MC RMFB3/PNP) at its headquarters in Brgy. San Jose, Mayantoc, Tarlac.
The MOA was formally signed by PTC-Tarlac Center Administrator, Mr. Leonardo R. Tabamo, PMAJ Mark Anjo C. Ubaub, Company Commander of the 304th MC RMFB3/PNP and Pat. Ma. Cristina Casandra P. Villena, PCAD Action PNCO of the 304th MC RMFB3/PNP, signifying the commitment of both institutions to the successful implementation of the partnership.
The agreement formalized the partnership between TESDA PTC-Tarlac and the 304th MC RMFB3/PNP for the implementation of Skills-Based Training Programs and competency assessment. Under the agreement, TESDA PTC-Tarlac will provide qualified trainers, competency-based training, assessment, and certification services in the following qualifications: Driving NC II, Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NC I and NC II, Automotive Servicing NC I, Computer Systems Servicing NC II, Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM) NC II and Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning (DomRAC) NC II.
The activity concluded with the successful signing of the MOA, signifying the commitment of both institutions to strengthen collaboration in providing quality technical-vocational education and skills development opportunities. This partnership is expected to enhance the competencies of the target beneficiaries, improve their employability, and contribute to the development of a skilled and productive workforce in the Province of Tarlac.
