TESDA Tarlac Partners with Camiling Municipal Jail to Expand Skills Training for PDLs
On June 28, 2026, TESDA Provincial Training Center (PTC)-Tarlac, led by Center Administrator Mr. Leonardo R. Tabamo, facilitated the signing of Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Camiling Municipal Jail–Male Dormitory, Camiling Tarlac, represented by Warden JCINSP Jessica M. Corpuz.
The partnership formalized the implementation of skills training and competency assessment for Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) in Driving NC II, Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NC I–II, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Servicing (DomRAC) NC II, and Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM) NC II.

The MOA strengthens the partnership between TESDA and the Camiling Municipal Jail in providing PDLs with technical skills and nationally recognized qualifications. Through this initiative, participants will gain better opportunities for employment, livelihood, and successful reintegration into society.
