Training of Trainers (TOT) on 21ST Century Skills in Green TVET
TESDA Tarlac, headed by Provincial Director Benito G. Reyes, together with Acting Center Administrator Engr. Alvin Castro of the Provincial Training Center-Tarlac provides a Training of Trainers (TOT) on 21 st Century Skills in Green TVET held at the PTC-Tarlac premises, on July 15-19, 2024.
This training aims to evolve the learning of the participants to improve the way development professionals deliver best practices through the integration of 21st century skills and green skills in the development of session plans, CBLM, institutional assessment tools, and applying STEM skills and principles in the development of learning activities, including competency mapping and contextual learning matrix.
The training was facilitated by Engr. Norman Garcia, Vocational Instruction Supervisor of the Center This is also in line with the need to expand TESDA’s programs, which these participants are expected to implement in their respective facilitations of training.
