Community-based Trainers Methodology Course for PNP Personnel
TESDA Tarlac through Center Administrator Leonardo R. Tabamo of PTC- Tarlac attends graduation ceremony of the PNP Personnel for the Community-Based Trainers Methodology Course held at the TPPO Covered Court, Camp Macabulos, San Vicente, Tarlac City on September 10, 2021.
To provide and ensure the continuous supply of qualified community-based trainers in the different communities of Tarlac Province, Provincial Director Engr. John B. Adawey and Center Administrator Leonardo R. Tabamo of PTC- Tarlac established a partnership with the Tarlac Police Provincial Office headed by PCOL Renante C. Cabico.
Community-Based Training Program (CBTP) is one of the agency’s approaches in expanding Technical Vocational Education and Training capacity to fulfill the need for more trainers to deliver Community-Based Training as the number of enrollees continuously increases. This is also in line with the need to expand TESDA’s programs and reach communities who are at the far-flung areas to implement its slogan of “TESDA Abot Lahat.”
These identified prospective trainers will now be given the opportunity to become a trainer and expected to implement TESDA’s Programs eventually.
