Blessing and Inauguration of the Assessment Center for “DOMESTIC WORK NC II”
TESDA Tarlac headed by Provincial Director Engr. John B. Adawey opens another Assessment Center for Domestic Work NC II qualification in the province through Provincial Training Center- Tarlac.
During the inauguration, Mr. Leonardo R. Tabamo, Center Administrator of the training center, warmly welcomed all the participants who attended the Ceremony. He also thanked the people behind this newly established program of TESDA. “This Assessment is in line with the Directive of Sec. Isidro S. Lapeña to help our OFW’s and Filipino workers to provide this necessary competency. In the meantime, it’s only for assessment but we will work to have training also” he said.
Provincial Director John B. Adawey, in his welcome remarks, congratulates the PTC- Tarlac for the job well done on the registration with this qualification. He emphasized the need for this program to address the influx of our filipino workers who want to take this qualification and be certified. This will pave the way to increase the rate of graduates especially those who are affected and displaced by this pandemic.
Meanwhile, RD Balmyrson M. Valdez in his message noted that this new assessment center can now accommodate the applicants in the province which they can no longer need to travel outside of their province just to get this qualification. “Region 3 is one step closer to have all the provinces with assessment center for this and other priority programs of TESDA. This is one of the directives of our Sec. Isidro S. Lapeña to reach the Filipino people and cater skills needed in their community. Good luck to all the candidates and to your next journey after you assess” he said.
The program ended with excitement in the faces of the five (5) candidates which they will now about to start the assessment properly.
