RD Valdez, Provincial Directors and Administrators Visit PTC-Tarlac
Acting Regional Director Balmyrson M. Valdez together with the Provincial Directors and Administrators of TESDA Region III, conduct benchmarking in the Provincial Training Center –Tarlac on January 26, 2021.
As part of the concerted effort of TESDA Region III, a benchmarking was made in Provincial Training Center-Tarlac for the foreseeable partnership of the Dual Training System under enterprise based Program of other Provinces.
The activity started with the program presentation led by Center Administrator Leonardo R. Tabamo which presented the accomplishment reports and Plans of the office for 2021. It followed by Engr. Fernando Q. Hernandez, TESD II Specialist and discussed the Dual Training System under Enterprise Based Program. During the discussions, questions were raised from the PD’s and Administrators regarding the implementation of the DTS.
As guided by RD Valdez, he emphasized the importance of benchmarking to identify opportunities for improvement to each training center especially for those who are starting to implement the DTS in their areas. The program ended viable to all, everyone declared their strong interest in the program with full support to work together and help each other for united and progressive action of TESDA III.
