Capability Building Program for Prospective Provincial Lead Assessors (CBP-PLA) in RAC Servicing (DOMRAC) NC II
The Capability Building Program for Prospective Provincial Lead Assessors is one of TESDA’s initiatives to raise the overall standard of technical vocational education and training offered in the area.
TESDA Region III through TESDA Tarlac conducts Capability Building Program for Prospective Provincial Lead Assessors in RAC Servicing (DOMRAC) NC II held at the Provincial Training Center-Tarlac on August 1-2, 2023.
The program’s objective is to equip additional assessors so that the standard of assessments can be ensured throughout the nation. As a result of this program, participants will have the knowledge and abilities necessary to accurately assess the participants as well as to continue enhancing and strengthening the required abilities.
Officer-in-charge Engr. Alvin Castro extended warm greetings to all of the attendees and highlighted the significance of the aforementioned activity in the ongoing development of knowledge and expertise related to air conditioning. He expressed his gratitude to Ms. Rezzel Aquino, the PO CAC Focal, and Ms. Rose Ann Zaldivar, the Regional CAC Focal, for expressing the significance of holding the event in the center.
Following the program, OIC-Provincial Director Leonardo R. Tabamo addressed those in attendance, saying, “Since then, we have wanted to continue to have something like this to further improve the field of refrigeration and air conditioning for everyone.” “Tomorrow you will be lead assessors, and TESDA expects you to do what is right in doing your duty as an assessor in that qualification,” he said.
The purpose of this event is to create potential competency assessors who were nominated from various provinces and ensure that the qualification’s requirements are followed. Mr. Kris Bernardino will oversee this two-day activity as the national lead assessor.
